I've Always Done Real Estate


 

In this day and age, I think I bring something to the real estate sale/buy process that few other agents can provide and that's decades of experience!  Helping families sell or buy real estate is not a second career, nor an avocation for me.  It is not something I "do."  It's something I've always "done!" Helping familes solve their real estate problems has been my only vocation since 1973.  Now, I'm starting my fifth decade of doing what I love to do:  help familes resolve their buying and selling problems.  Why not let my experience help your family too?

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

As a SELLER’S AGENT responsibilities include: creating and implementing marketing programs, advising sellers of property values/sales prices and assisting the seller in contract negotiations. As a BUYER’S AGENT responsibilities include: advising buyers of mortgage options, property values, purchasing terms and coordinating loan closings.

 

As the Executive Vice-President of regional real estate development/management company, was responsible for a rapidly expanding management portfolio consisting of 15 properties totaling 4,395 market-rate, subsidized, time-share and community association units with over 100 managerial, administrative and maintenance employees.  Assisted in gathering and analyzing data for site acquisition and development for parent organization.  Developed sales, marketing and financing programs for multi-site new home sales in Chesapeake, Richmond and Gloucester, VA. 

 

Currently an Associate Broker with Prudential Towne Realty, one of Hampton Roads' largest full-service real estate organizations.  Prudential Towne Realty is associated with Towne Bank.
